(Yoosuf) 12 : 7
لَقَدْ كَانَ فِي يُوسُفَ وَإِخْوَتِهِ آيَاتٌ لِلسَّائِلِينَ
Surely in Yoosuf and his brothers are signs for the seekers.
Due to the influence of Jews, the Meccan pagans had asked the Messenger about Prophet Yoosuf and his brothers. Whatever plots the brothers of Yoosuf had, Lord saved Yoosuf by perishing those plots. Just like that Messenger Muhammad was saved from the plot of disbelievers and hypocrites as explained in 5: 11 and 9: 74. Today, whoever holdfasts the Safeguard Adhikr, no harm will happen from anyone or anything as explained in verse 5: 48.
